A New Beginning!!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to my new blog!!

I have never done a blog before that is solely dedicated to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am excited and thrilled to begin to share God’s love with you. I cannot tell you what God’s plans are for this blog but I do believe and will be praying that at some point throughout any of my posts that God will use it as an instrument to reach your heart and to help you strengthen, continue, or even start a relationship with Him.

For those of you who do not know me my name is Megan Kita. I am a 24 year old woman who is in love with The Lord and the life that He has blessed with me. As any human I struggle, I fear, I cry, I laugh, I smile, I hope, I love, and most importantly I have faith. Also, I love to write poetry and am looking forward to sharing my poetry on this blog with you. As I continue to learn about God and myself everyday, I want to do my best to help others learn about God too. The best way to learn is to share with each other. If you ever want to share anything with me or want me to talk about something on the blog, please let me know. With that all said, it’s time for me to let go and let God and pray that together we can share and spread God’s love to all of His children. 

I believe that scripture can and does speak to us. Therefore I’d like to close with one of my favorite verses from the bible.

^“11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ¹² Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. ¹³ You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”- Jeremiah 29: 11-14
